  3. HHGERA – activities on behalf of all residents (houses and flats):

- Presentation of 2025 accounts and budgets for 2026-2027 Approved
- Reports on activities of the Residents Association in 2025 and planning & conservation report Noted
- Upcoming events and activities in 2026 Noted
- Estate centenary plans – Rose Garden update Noted

- Other centenary projects – cherry trees, oral history Noted
- Liaison with Flats management company and update on pond Noted

      vacancies remain for HHGERA Chair and Vice-Chair
