- Presentation of 2023 accounts and budget for 2024 approved
- Reports on activities of the Residents Association in 2023
- Upcoming events and activities in 2024
- Estate centenary plans
- Liaison with Flats management company and update on pond
- Election of officers all nominations approved
- Subscription rate for 2024
- Any other business (matters affecting both flats and houses)

 

  4. Houses Management Board:

- Presentation of 2023 accounts and budget for 2024 approved
- Reports on activities of the Houses Management Board in 2023
- Gardens report and proposed gardening and other works in 2024
- Update on Links Monks Queens service road
- Election of officers all nominations approved
- Service Charge for 2024 and 2025* held at £70 for 2024 and 2025
- Any other business (matters affecting houses only)

* Important note: The flats on the Estate have their own different management company and service charge.
The houses' service charge is £70 this year. Please pay promptly or email gavin@hhgera.com if you have not received an invoice, or have queries about payment.
