Catch up with news about our 2021 Annual General Meeting

Hanger Hill Garden Estate Residents Association (HHGERA) works for everyone who lives or owns property on our Estate. We organise social and community events, manage some of the gardens and service roads, and help talk to organisations like Ealing Council and the local Police.

The Association's annual general meeting was held by video conference on Thursday 25th March. The meeting agenda and links to all documents can be seen by clicking through to the 2021 AGM page on this site. Meeting minutes are now available by clicking here.

The meeting approved:

  • Election of officers (click here for nominations)

  • HHGERA and Houses Management Committee accounts and budgets

  • Maintenance of houses service charge at £60 per house in 2021

  • No membership fee for HHGERA in 2021

  • Proposed changes to use of houses' key reserve

If you could not join us online you are still welcome to raise issues by email to or by post to 227 Princes Gardens.

HHGERA is run entirely by volunteers and we welcome all offers of help!

We know many of you are already supporting neighbours. However, if you do need some help, if you would like to join in this community effort or if you are concerned about someone living on the Estate please:
