All residents of the Estate are welcome to participate in the Association, which has separate sections for residents of the houses and flats

All residents of the Estate are warmly invited to participate in the Hanger Hill Garden Estate Residents Association and contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of life in this beautiful Conservation Area.

The Residents Association is run by a Management Committee, on behalf of HHGE Residents Ltd, which owns and has responsibility for the maintenance of the estate gardens, the service roads behind houses, boundaries, fences and trees, and general security issues. A member of the Management Committee calls at each house during the year to collect the annual £30 subscription per house, which is payable by all residents including tenants.

Payment also entitles you to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and to elect members to the Management Committee. The AGM is normally held in April or May each year. Service road repairs are paid for by owners of each house with a garage that has access to the service road concerned.

The Residents Association has well established contacts with local organisations concerned with the environment: Ealing Council, Transport For London, London Underground, adjacent industrial parks, Acton Police, local community groups and the local press. Through the Estate's Conservation Panel it channels residents' views on conservation, planning and enforcement.

Your Residents Association has a high profile and is committed to protecting the quality of life and visual standards of this Conservation status garden estate. Your support in these aims is encouraged and welcomed.
